【摘要】 目的 观察地锦草提取物对小鼠肝组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性的影响。 方法 地锦草提取物给小鼠连续灌胃28天，1次/d，1ml/次。 结果 与空白对照组比较，地锦草提取物可明显提高小鼠肝组织SOD活性。 结论 实验证明地锦草提取物具有较强的清除自由基及抗氧化、防衰老作用。

    Effects of herba euphorbiae humifusae extracts on the activity of SOD in liver of mouse

    【Abstract】 Objective The effect of herba euphorbiae humifusae extract on SOD in liver of mouse was ob-served.Methods The activity of SOD were measured after the mouse were kept on giving the extract of herba eu-phorbiae humifusae ig.1ml/d×28d.Results The extract of herba euphorbiae humifusae obviously develops the ac-tivity of SOD in dose-dependent manners.Conclusion The results suggest that the extract of herba euphorbiae hu-mifusae has effect on scavenging free radicals and has the antoxidation and the antisenility function.
